I am Lindsey Eye, a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-I), Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (CPRS), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and experienced public health and nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, professionals, and organizations navigating stress, trauma, and emotional regulation. My work centers on helping people understand their relationship with anger—not as something to suppress or fear, but as a powerful signal that, when understood and managed skillfully, can lead to healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and more resilient lives. Through anger management groups, professional trainings, webinars, and keynote speaking engagements, I combine evidence-based tools, trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and real-world application to create learning experiences that are practical, relatable, and transformative. I am passionate about helping individuals and teams build emotional resilience, prevent burnout, and develop the self-awareness needed to thrive both personally and professionally.
